  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk or substitute with almond or oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or adjust based on preference
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar or substitute with maple syrup

How to Make Air Fryer French Toast Bites
  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sugar until you see a frothy texture.
  2. Add the cubed bread to your egg mixture and let it soak for about 5 minutes, turning halfway through.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange half of your soaked bread.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 8 minutes or until golden-brown, flipping halfway through if needed.
  6. Serve warm with maple syrup or a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
