Steps to Make Apple Cinnamon Bread
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and vanilla extract. Mix well until frothy.
- Gently fold the diced apples into the wet ingredients.
- Pour the wet apple mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
