Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 cup Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked bacon chopped
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup Chopped fresh chives or green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
For the Wrap
  • 4 large Flour tortillas

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Let cool and chop into small pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and ranch dressing. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add shredded cheddar, chopped bacon, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Divide the cream cheese mixture among the flour tortillas and spread evenly.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 2-3 hours or overnight.
  6. Unwrap, trim ends, and slice rolls into ½- to 1-inch pieces. Arrange on a platter.
