  • 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
For the Crust
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix the Caesar dressing, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with half of the Caesar mixture in the greased baking dish.
  4. Combine panko breadcrumbs with half of the shredded Parmesan cheese in another bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the chicken evenly.
  6. Drizzle the remaining Caesar mixture over the top of the breadcrumbs and finish off with the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F and the topping is golden brown.
  8. Rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
