  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 8 ounces Burrata cheese
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Method
 

Recipe Steps
  1. In a small bowl, whisk the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the marinated chicken breasts to the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  5. Once done, remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
  6. After resting, slice the chicken into thick pieces.
  7. Layer the sliced chicken on a plate, followed by burrata, fresh strawberries, and basil leaves.
  8. Finish by drizzling balsamic glaze over the entire stack and serve immediately.
