- Combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Portion the meat mixture into 12 equal portions.
- Fill each flattened portion with cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce, then wrap the meat around the filling.
- Wrap each meatball with a slice of bacon.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and meatballs reach 160°F.
