Method
 

Instructions

  4. Fill each flattened portion with cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce, then wrap the meat around the filling.
  5. Wrap each meatball with a slice of bacon.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and meatballs reach 160°F.
  7. Drizzle additional BBQ sauce over the top before serving.
