  • 4 cups Mixed Berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar to sweeten the berries
For the Topping
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour for the batter
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar for sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder to help the batter rise
  • 1 cup Whole Milk for creaminess
  • ½ cup Melted Butter for richness
  • 1 pinch Salt to enhance sweetness

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the berries with ½ cup of sugar in a bowl and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
  3. Whisk together the flour, ½ cup sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in another bowl. Stir in the milk and melted butter gently.
  4. Pour the berry mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Carefully dollop the cobbler batter over the topping.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.
