  • 2 cups mixed berries fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
For the Custard
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk or substitute with almond or oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For Serving
  • powdered sugar optional

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Tear croissants into bite-sized pieces.
