How to Make Biscuit Breakfast Sandwiches
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the milk until just combined. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into rounds.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Cook bacon or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; set aside.
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper; scramble in the same skillet.
- Slice biscuits open and layer with eggs, bacon or sausage, and cheddar cheese. Serve immediately.
