How to Make Biscuit Breakfast Sandwiches
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Stir in the milk until just combined. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into rounds.

  5. Cook bacon or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; set aside.
  6. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper; scramble in the same skillet.
  7. Slice biscuits open and layer with eggs, bacon or sausage, and cheddar cheese. Serve immediately.
