How to Make Blueberry and Lemon Zest Cottage Cheese Bites
  1. Gather your ingredients and rinse the fresh blueberries under cold water to ensure they’re clean.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, honey or maple syrup, lemon zest, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  3. Fold in the blueberries gently to keep them intact.
  4. Spoon the mixture into mini silicone molds or a muffin tin.
  5. Chill the molds in the refrigerator for at least two hours or overnight.
  6. Pop the bites out from their molds once chilled, and arrange them on a platter for serving.
