Cooking Directions
  1. Boil the pasta: Start by boiling your choice of pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente, following the package directions. Once cooked, drain and set it aside.
  2. Sauté garlic: In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute, or until it becomes fragrant and slightly golden.
  3. Add broccoli: Toss in the fresh broccoli florets, cooking them for about 3 minutes until they turn bright green and remain crisp.
  4. Pour in cream: Carefully pour the heavy cream into the skillet, stirring gently to combine with the garlic and broccoli. Let it simmer on low heat for another 3 minutes.
  5. Combine pasta: Carefully add the drained pasta into the skillet, tossing everything together until the pasta is well coated in the creamy mixture.
  6. Finish with cheese and lemon: Just before serving, sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and squeeze the lemon juice over the dish.
