Steps to Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. In another bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the flour mixture, then moisten in water, and coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out. Spray lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Toss the baked florets with buffalo sauce in a large bowl and serve hot with celery sticks and your favorite dipping sauce.
