  • 1 medium head cauliflower cut into florets
For the Coating
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Crunch
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
For the Flavor
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
For Baking
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil light spray

Method
 

Steps to Prepare
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. In another bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the flour mixture, then moisten in water, and coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out. Spray lightly with olive oil.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Toss the baked florets with buffalo sauce in a large bowl and serve hot with celery sticks and your favorite dipping sauce.
