Method
 

Preparation

  5. Stuff the chicken breasts with the mushroom filling, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  6. Sear the stuffed chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Prepare garlic butter sauce by melting butter and stirring in minced garlic.
  8. Bake the chicken for 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  9. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving and drizzle garlic butter sauce on top.
