Cooking Instructions

  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked, registering 165°F (74°C). Let it cool slightly before chopping into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Whisk together the soy sauce and lime juice in a bowl.
  5. Combine the chopped chicken and diced avocados with the sauce in a mixing bowl.
  6. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spoon the chicken-avocado mixture onto each one and add a dollop of sour cream.
  7. Roll the tortillas tightly to form burritos, tucking in the sides as you go. Grill each burrito in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
