  • 1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese generously
  • 4 pieces Large baguettes or ciabatta rolls for assembly

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Rest the chicken for 5 minutes once it's out of the oven.
  4. Slice the baguettes open lengthwise, creating a pocket for fillings.
  5. Layer the romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, drizzle of Caesar dressing, and sprinkle of Parmesan cheese in each roll.
  6. Serve immediately with extra Caesar dressing on the side.
