How to Make Chicken Fillet in Spicy Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- Pat the chicken fillets dry using paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, pour in the olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken fillets and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic to the residual oil. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and slightly golden.
- Pour the heavy cream into the skillet, stirring gently as you bring it to a gentle simmer. Add in the grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
- Return the cooked chicken fillets to the skillet. Spoon the sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve hot alongside your favorite sides.
