Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Pour the olive oil into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Remove the chicken and slice it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until it becomes fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Allow it to come to a gentle simmer.
  4. Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until it melts and becomes smooth.
  5. While your sauce is simmering, cook the gnocchi in a separate pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Drain them and add to your skillet with the creamy sauce and sliced chicken.
  6. Gently mix everything to ensure the gnocchi is well-coated in the creamy sauce.
