How to Make Christmas Cannoli Cake
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round cake pans thoroughly.

  3. Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together in another bowl until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the ricotta cheese, alternating the two for better mixing.
  6. Stir in the zest and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  7. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes.
