Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the sliced Granny Smith apples with lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
  3. Combine the apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into circles using a cookie cutter.
  5. Spoon about two tablespoons of the apple filling into the center of each circle.
  6. Fold over to create half-moon shapes, then seal the edges with a fork.
  7. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving if desired.
