How to Make Cinnamon Sugar Cream Cheese Rolls
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough or pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Brush the melted butter generously over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Combine the brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle it over the cream cheese filling.
  7. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, forming a log and slice into equal-sized rolls.
  8. Place the rolls cut-side up on your prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  10. Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl for a glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
