How to Make Classic Homemade Caesar Dressing
  1. Finely grate or mince the garlic and combine it with the anchovy paste in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce to the garlic-anchovy mix. Whisk until combined.
  3. In the same bowl, add the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold in the grated Parmesan cheese until evenly dispersed.
  5. Sprinkle in salt and black pepper to taste and adjust according to your preference.
  6. If the dressing is too thick, add 1-2 teaspoons of water and whisk to reach desired consistency.
