  • 1 medium Avocado ripe, chopped
  • ¼ cup Red onion chopped

  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Preparation Steps
  1. Rinse and chop the cucumber, avocado, and red onion. Set them aside in a bowl.
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
  3. Fold gently the crab meat with the prepared vegetables in a large bowl.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the crab and vegetable mixture and toss gently.
  5. Cover and chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes before serving.
