How to Make Cranberry-Feta Puff Pastry Wreaths
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Thaw the puff pastry sheets as per package instructions and roll them out on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut each pastry sheet into triangles and arrange them in a circle on the lined baking sheet, overlapping edges.
- Combine dried cranberries, crumbled feta, and chopped rosemary in a bowl, then spread over the center of the wreath.
- Fold the tips of the triangles over the filling to seal it and brush with the egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and flaky. Cool slightly before serving.
