How to Make Cranberry-Feta Puff Pastry Wreaths
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Thaw the puff pastry sheets as per package instructions and roll them out on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut each pastry sheet into triangles and arrange them in a circle on the lined baking sheet, overlapping edges.
  4. Combine dried cranberries, crumbled feta, and chopped rosemary in a bowl, then spread over the center of the wreath.
  5. Fold the tips of the triangles over the filling to seal it and brush with the egg wash.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and flaky. Cool slightly before serving.
