  • 3 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth

How to Make Creamy Chicken and Spinach Casserole
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sauté in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Mix together heavy cream, soy sauce, chicken broth, minced garlic, and half of the shredded cheese in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Layer the sautéed chicken in the greased baking dish, then top with fresh spinach. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and spinach.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, cover the dish with foil, and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your homemade creamy chicken and spinach casserole.
