How to Make Creamy Chicken and Spinach Casserole
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sauté in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Mix together heavy cream, soy sauce, chicken broth, minced garlic, and half of the shredded cheese in a bowl until smooth.
- Layer the sautéed chicken in the greased baking dish, then top with fresh spinach. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and spinach.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, cover the dish with foil, and bake for 25 minutes.
- After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
