How to Make

  4. Combine the halved potatoes in a large mixing bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Scatter the chopped bacon evenly over the potatoes.
  7. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Drizzle honey over the potatoes and bacon during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  10. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top before serving.
  11. Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
