How to Make Crispy Hot Honey Feta Chicken
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Mix panko breadcrumbs and minced garlic in one bowl; in another, drizzle olive oil over the seasoned chicken.
- Coat each chicken breast in the olive oil, then press into the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
- Place the coated chicken in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Drizzle hot honey over each piece and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
