Ingredients
  

For the Cinnamon Rolls
  • 2 cans Refrigerated cinnamon rolls 12.4 oz each
  • 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
For the Apple Mixture
  • 2 cans Sliced canned apples in syrup 21 oz each
  • ½ cup Light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spray your crockpot generously with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the canned apples (including syrup), brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  4. Layer half of the cut cinnamon rolls in the bottom of the crockpot, followed by half of the apple mixture.
  5. Add the remaining cinnamon rolls on top, followed by the rest of the apple mixture.
  6. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
  7. Serve warm, drizzling the icing from the cinnamon rolls over the top.
