Preparation
- Spray your crockpot generously with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
- In a large bowl, combine the canned apples (including syrup), brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Layer half of the cut cinnamon rolls in the bottom of the crockpot, followed by half of the apple mixture.
- Add the remaining cinnamon rolls on top, followed by the rest of the apple mixture.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
- Serve warm, drizzling the icing from the cinnamon rolls over the top.
