Directions
  1. Combine Ingredients: In your slow cooker, combine the browned ground beef mixture, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, broth, and tomato paste. Stir until well combined.
  2. Cook: Cover the Crockpot and cook on the LOW setting for 4 to 6 hours, or on the HIGH setting for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Add Noodles: When there's about 30 to 45 minutes of cooking time remaining, stir in the broken lasagna noodles. Cover and continue cooking until tender.
  4. Stir in Spinach: For the last 5 minutes of cooking, stir in fresh spinach to wilt and incorporate into the soup.
