How to Make Crockpot Pizza Pasta
- Prepare the Slow Cooker: Spray a 6-quart or larger slow cooker with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the Meat: Cook the ground beef, Italian sausage, and diced onion in a skillet over medium-high heat until the meat is no longer pink.
- Add Pepperoni and Garlic: Stir in the chopped pepperoni and minced garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix the Sauce and Pasta: In a large bowl, combine the meat mixture with pizza sauce and Italian seasoning; fold in the cooked pasta.
- Layer in the Slow Cooker: Begin with half of the pasta mixture, sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese, layer the remaining pasta, and top with the rest of the cheese.
- Cook it Up: Cover and set the slow cooker to low for 3-4 hours.
- Serve and Enjoy: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes
Ensure the pasta is cooked al dente to prevent it from becoming mushy in the slow cooker. Broil for a few minutes if you desire a crispy topping.
