Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice in a medium bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients: pumpkin purée, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients by gently folding until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool the loaf in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
