Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

  3. Mix the wet ingredients: pumpkin purée, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients by gently folding until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool the loaf in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
