- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short bursts of about 20 seconds, stirring in between, until smooth and creamy.
- Combine the melted chocolate with eggnog and heavy cream. Stir gently until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Season the mixture by adding nutmeg and cinnamon. Taste and adjust the spices according to your preference.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Scoop out spoonfuls of the chilled mixture using a melon baller. Roll each portion into smooth, bite-sized balls.
- Roll each truffle in powdered sugar until fully coated.
