How to Make Firecracker Chicken Meatballs
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, panko breadcrumbs, egg, and chopped green onions in a spacious bowl. Mix gently until all ingredients are just blended together.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs in your preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Prepare the sauce by whisking together the soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Drizzle the sweet and spicy sauce over the baked meatballs before serving.
