- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Combine sautéed spinach with cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Flatten the flank steak to about half an inch thick using a meat mallet.
- Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the flattened steak and roll tightly, securing with kitchen twine or toothpicks.
- Place the pinwheels in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
