Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place your sliced baguette on a baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake the baguette slices for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil for about 30 seconds, then add the shrimp.
- Cook the shrimp until they turn pink, about 3 minutes per side, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Mash ripe avocados in a bowl and stir in lime juice and salt.
- Spread the avocado mix on toasted baguette slices and top with sautéed shrimp.
- Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the crostini just before serving.
