Preparation Steps

  2. Combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  3. Add the shrimp and pineapple to the marinade, tossing gently to coat everything evenly. Let them soak for about 15 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp and pineapple onto skewers, alternating between the two.
  5. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, turning until the shrimp are opaque and have nice grill marks.
  6. Serve the skewers hot off the grill.
