How to Make Grilled Shrimp & Pineapple Skewers
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for a temperature around 400°F.
- Combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir well to create a fragrant marinade.
- Add the shrimp and pineapple to the marinade, tossing gently to coat. Let them soak in the flavor for about 15 minutes.
- Thread the marinated shrimp and pineapple onto skewers, alternating between the two.
- Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, turning until the shrimp are opaque and have nice grill marks.
