Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt 1 cup of dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
- Combine the melted chocolate with ½ cup of nut butter and ½ cup of maple syrup in a separate bowl and whisk until creamy.
- Sift in ⅓ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder and fold in 3 large eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20–25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out almost clean.
- Cool for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack, cut into squares, and serve.
