Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts choose fresh for the best texture and flavor
  • ½ cup Honey adds natural sweetness
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce use low-sodium
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for marinating
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika for color and flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme for herbal freshness
  • to taste Salt for seasoning
  • to taste Black pepper for seasoning
For the Sweet Potatoes and Vegetables
  • 2 cups Sweet potatoes cubed
  • 2 cups Green beans trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil for roasting

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until everything is beautifully mixed and the flavors meld together.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  4. On a lined baking sheet, spread out the cubed sweet potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake the sweet potatoes for about 15 minutes, until they begin to soften.
  6. Push the sweet potatoes to one side and arrange the marinated chicken on the other side, with green beans around them.
  7. Pour any remaining marinade over the chicken and vegetables.
  8. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
