- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together olive oil, melted butter, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic, salt, Dijon mustard, dried basil, and dried oregano. Set aside 1-2 tablespoon of sauce.
- Spread olive oil over the sheet pan. Arrange sweet potato and Yukon gold potatoes, sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper.
- Arrange sliced kielbasa on the sheet pan with potatoes. Brush with honey garlic sauce, saving some for later.
- Bake for 20 minutes until potatoes soften and kielbasa is golden brown.
- Add broccoli florets, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for another 5-10 minutes until vibrant green and tender-crisp.
- Drizzle the reserved honey garlic sauce over the dish. Serve hot.
