Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, melted butter, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic, salt, Dijon mustard, dried basil, and dried oregano. Set aside 1-2 tablespoon of sauce.
  3. Spread olive oil over the sheet pan. Arrange sweet potato and Yukon gold potatoes, sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper.
  4. Arrange sliced kielbasa on the sheet pan with potatoes. Brush with honey garlic sauce, saving some for later.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until potatoes soften and kielbasa is golden brown.
  6. Add broccoli florets, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for another 5-10 minutes until vibrant green and tender-crisp.
  7. Drizzle the reserved honey garlic sauce over the dish. Serve hot.
