Making the Muffins
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.

- Whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

- Combine the wet ingredients: whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and honey together, then fold in jalapenos.

- Mix the wet and dry ingredients, pouring the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stirring gently.
