  • 1 cup Brown sugar do not substitute with white sugar
  • 4 large Eggs room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Cocoa powder high-quality for best results
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

Baking Process
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition, along with the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Fold this into the wet ingredients.
  5. Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Cool the brownies in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
