Baking Process
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- Cream the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition, along with the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Fold this into the wet ingredients.
- Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
