  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 medium Jalapeños Chopped
  • 6 slices Bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 1 large Egg Beaten for brushing

How to Make Jalapeño Popper Bacon Pinwheels
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeños, and crumbled bacon in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Roll the puff pastry tightly from one side to form a log.
  6. Slice the log into ½-inch thick rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops of the pinwheels with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Cool them slightly before serving.
