For the Rice Base

Method
 

Marinating the Steak
  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the cubed steak to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover the bowl and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. Prepare the spicy cream sauce by combining mayonnaise, sour cream, sriracha, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth.
Cooking the Steak
  1. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook the steak cubes in the hot pan for 2-4 minutes per side.
  3. Let the steak rest briefly after cooking.
Assembling the Bowls
  1. Divide the warm cooked rice among serving bowls.
  2. Top each bowl with the cooked steak cubes.
  3. Drizzle the spicy cream sauce over each bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
