  • ¼ cup Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Fluffy Mix
  • 8 oz Whipped topping
  • 2 cup Mini marshmallows
  • 1 can Crushed pineapple well-drained
Optional Garnish

  • Whipped cream

Method
 

Making the Dessert
  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

  5. Fold in the mini marshmallows and well-drained crushed pineapple, mixing just until combined.
