- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Whisk together the granulated sugar and brown sugar into the melted chocolate mixture until glossy.
- Add the large eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until thick and well combined.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture gently until just combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto your prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the tops are crackled and the centers remain soft.
- Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
