  • 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoon Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
For the Sauce
  • ½ cup Pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar

  • 6 slices Thick-cut crispy bacon
  • 6 buns Slider buns

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray your baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste; then, place them neatly in your prepared baking dish.
  3. Mix together the maple syrup, soy sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  4. Pour half of the sauce over the chicken, making sure it’s generously coated.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, checking for that glorious golden-brown caramelization.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few moments before slicing it into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Assemble the sliders by placing the sliced chicken on each bun, topping it off with crispy bacon, and drizzling with the remaining sauce.
