Method
 

Instructions
  1. Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, freshly squeezed orange juice, minced garlic, minced ginger, and brown sugar. Add the chicken pieces and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the cooked white rice according to package instructions.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken along with the marinade. Sauté until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Lower the heat and let the sauce simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the orange chicken over the fluffy rice, drizzling with remaining sauce.
