How to Make Orange Ginger Honey Cakes
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, ground ginger, and salt until well mixed.
- Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl: beat together eggs, melted butter, honey, orange juice, and zest until creamy.
- Fold the wet ingredients gently into the dry mixture until just incorporated; some lumps are okay.
- Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tins, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Optional: Dust with powdered sugar for a sweet, elegant finish.
