- Beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Incorporate the large egg into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just blended.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
