How to Make Pepperoni Cheese Crisps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
- Scoop small mounds of shredded cheddar cheese onto the parchment paper, keeping them about two inches apart.
- Top each mound with one or two slices of pepperoni.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool for a minute or two, then gently transfer them to a plate. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
